How to install GrabPro?
When you install our Orbit Downloader, please select the checkbox, and the GrabPro would be installed on your IE browser.
As the picture shows, the GrabPro could work well.

ive installed,uninstalled and reinstalled orbit serval times clicking on the grab pro box everytime but i get no grab pro in my browser.the downloader is a piece of shit without it and im getting tired of all this installing and uninstalling.i left several emails but nobody answers.whats up with that?
I also have problems in Firefox. I don't have the toolbar like in IE, and it isn't there. I have enabled Firefox etc. The GrabIt will not appear in the videos and when I click on the GrabPro button nothing happens. What up with that?
