Orbit is now scareware don't use it anymore!

Orbit updates from Brothersoft site. Norton says site is unsafe full of spyware and drive by downloads.
Ironic... you are a very polite person. IMHO orbit 4 is not scareware now, it is a spyware. It sent information about my software somewhere, and displayed on 3rd part www. What about my privacy?

Been using this for a long time, recommended it to everyone, now I dunno.. which is the best download manager similar to Orbit but with no crapware in it ?

problem with orbit:
Context menu>Download by Orbit (X) = Brings me to the homepage (orbitdownloader.com)
1- why dose the website still show a star and 3.0 inside it(powerd by innoshock) !!
2- why when i use versions 3.0,3.2, 3.4,3.5 and also 4.0.0.1
my KASPERSKY internet sercurity would not be installed until i remove ORBIT ? and it says its not safe software?
Note: i did not change anything in settings, just express install of orbit and KASPERSKY.

Since version 3.0 came Orbit has been nothing but shit. Fucking buggy and crash prone. And the download list queue order is totally fucking random. Plus during install fucking changes my homepage to their crap. WTF. I decided to upgrade to the 4.0 version from 2.8 to see if they have fixed the software but I guess not.
