Orbit Downloader 2.8.9 is released
A new version, which fixed some little bugs too. The "GetIt" button sometimes doesn't show in IE8, now it was fixed. Hope that we can do better.

I have a few portable browsers and IE shells.
Would you make Grab++ to monitor more custom browsers?
Just tried to install OD 2.8.9 on XP Pro SP3 OEM with IE 8.0.6001.18702IC with option to enable Grab Pro for IE.
It doesn't allow IE to display ANY pages at all, although the network diagnostic shows connectivity is fine.
I have to uninstall to get IE to work again.
Ideas?
When silent update? or automatic auto update? thanks

Grab++ still do not have anything.
When add link by browser monitoring or by browser context menu, Orbit Downloader do not allow me to modifier the URL. Sometime I do need to modify when connecting through a anonymous proxy or some links contain special characters which OD do not interpret correctly.
Is there any important reason to prevent modification the URL?
OD2.8.8 is better. It was very stable.
Once OD2.8.9 installed, Grab Pro
beccame very unstable and brought download failure for many times.
To be worse, it did not allow IE to display any page.
I had to uninstall OD2.8.9.
